ABOUT THE POSITION
The Swedish Armed Forces defend Sweden, the country's interests, our freedom, and our right to live as we choose. Do you want to be a part of us? We are looking for a training adjutant for the Armored Battalion.
About the Unit
The task of the Armored Battalion is to develop the capability to conduct combat with battalion and brigade functions in a subarctic climate. As part of this, the Armored Battalion conducts basic training for soldiers, unit training, and maintains and develops the command capability of the battalion and brigade functions.
Main Responsibilities
As a training adjutant, your main responsibilities will be at the company level, where you primarily work with administrative tasks such as travel orders, reimbursements, and allowances for conscripts. In this position, you will support the company with orders for goods, materials, services, and food, as well as simpler financial and personnel administration. As a training adjutant, you will also perform practical tasks such as being a commander and/or providing logistical support during training, exercises, and field-related activities.

- High school diploma
- Experience in administrative work
- Driver's license (B)
Personal Qualities
As a training adjutant, you are flexible and have the ability to communicate both internally within the company and externally with individuals inside and outside the unit. You are attentive and driven by collaboration and being service-oriented both practically and administratively to achieve common goals. You should also enjoy working independently within your areas of responsibility. We also see that you have a positive attitude towards physical training as this is part of the duties in the Armed Forces.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Meritorious
- Experience working in SAP/PRIO systems
- Experience from service in the Armed Forces (e.g., previously employed as GSS/K, etc.)
- Military basic training or conscription
- Previous service in a government agency

Employment type: Permanent civilian employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period.
Employment rate: 100%

The employment means that you will be placed in a war position.
Benefits

- 1200 SEK every other year for training shoes against receipt.

I 19 is one of Sweden's largest regiments with operations in Boden, Kiruna, Tåme, and Grubbnäsudden/Lomben. The main location and leadership for the regiment are in Boden.
The regiment's most important task is to build combat units, and in the coming years, I 19 will gradually develop the new Norrbotten Brigade. By 2028, the regiment should be able to train, stockpile, and mobilize the entire brigade, including the associated functional units: command, field works, air defense, and logistics. The brigade should be able to conduct combat in all environments but be specialized for combat in the subarctic environment of the Nordic region.
The regiment also includes the Armed Forces' winter unit, which has the task of coordinating and supporting the development of the Armed Forces' winter capability.
The conscription training is conducted at the Norrbotten Armored Battalion, which is responsible for training and maintaining units for the Norrbotten Brigade. The regiment also consists of the regimental staff, Defense Health, Garrison Support Unit, Logistics Unit, and Local Planning Unit.
